2. Description of Service

OneCard provides a group-funded virtual card platform that allows multiple contributors to fund a single virtual card for shared purchases, with each contributor charged their share at the time of purchase. Our service includes card creation, group management, payment processing, and transaction tracking.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use OneCard. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Payment Terms

By connecting a funding source, you authorize OneCard to charge your share of group transactions in real time. You are responsible for ensuring your funding source has sufficient funds.

6. Intellectual Property

OneCard's technology, including our group-funded virtual card system, is protected by U.S. utility patent. All content, features, and functionality are owned by OneCard and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

OneCard provides its services “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
